Staff were exceptionally helpful and very amiable!

View of the sunset was bright, the room was comfortable modern and fashionable. Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave there, I will choose it for sure next trip.

Hospitality from the whole staff.

The rooftop bar at Radisson steals the show with fine views and delicious seasonal cocktails! Plus, the staff is attentive, turning every meal into a good experience. I also appreciated the friendly vibe and warm hospitality from everyone.

While dining options at the hotel are decent, I found the menu a bit on the limited side. The shower curtain was a slippery mess! It took a minute to navigate without making the whole bathroom a mini pool.

The hotel is reasonably large and clean with a modern interior and healthy and sumptuous breakfasts included. The rooms are reasonably priced and comfortable modern with large comfortable bed and our experience is fine. The rooftop restaurant serves brilliant food.

We faced unacceptable delays in getting our rooms. It took nearly 2 hours just to get our last room, frustrating. Requests for drinking water went unfulfilled, despite assurances from staff. The lack of communication and efficiency really overshadowed any positive aspects of our stay.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, but the WiFi connection was poor.

Just a top selection for a hurried visit in Colombo with great value for the money. We received nice boxed breakfasts filled with tasty sandwiches and juices, a pleasant surprise. Make sure to check if any items are available for takeaway when you order.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Premium Room and really enjoyed the ocean view, especially in the mornings. The rooftop bar offers a fantastic view of the city, which was a highlight of my trip. The shower curtain issue led to water all over the bathroom floor, which was a bit troublesome. The location is great for exploring nearby attractions and dining options.

The ocean view from our room was amazing, and the hotel's location was perfect for our family. The pool area was a hit with my teenagers.

My kids wished there were more activities for them in the hotel.

The amazing sea view from the Premium Room was a highlight, combined with the friendly and helpful staff. Clean, spacious accommodations ensured comfort, and the grilled salmon at dinner was a delicious standout. The carpet could use an update, as it's showing signs of age, and options at the rooftop bar seemed a bit pricey.

I absolutely loved the stunning sea view from my Premium Room and the delightful rooftop bar was perfect for enjoying evening sunsets. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making my stay even better.
